House fronts onto a golf course so views from the living, dining, kitchen
and covered porch are unobstructed. Since much of the large family's time
is spent outside on the covered circular porch, this space was required to
be close to the kitchen yet unobtrusive for the view. The first floor ceilings
are 10 ft. high, as are the 2nd floor study ceiling and raised circular section
in the main 2nd floor bedroom. The three bedrooms on the 1st floor have privacy
gardens, while the main bedroom on the second floor, and the study, have metal
frames around the roof deck spaces - frames support creepers which will provide
shade for the windows.
